Sairsha is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor devoted to cultivating the breath as a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. She believes yoga is a personal practice, shaped by each individual’s background, lived experience, age, and body.

Her approach emphasizes balance, drawing on the body’s innate intelligence to restore energy and support a sense of ease and abundance. When breath and movement align, the body relaxes and the mind settles, allowing for a deeper connection to presence and well-being.

Sairsha incorporates yoga into her own life as a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system and building resilience. Having experienced yoga’s benefits first hand, she is passionate about sharing the practice with others. She believes that as the qualities cultivated on the mat begin to carry into daily experience, yoga becomes a beautiful foundation to support our lives.
