Yes, your first class is complimentary for new students.
We offer two options: Essential (5 classes/month) and Unlimited. Essential is designed for a lighter, flexible practice, with up to 5 classes per month. Unlimited is for full access and consistent movement, plus discounts and community benefits.

Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class to avoid a fee. Late cancellations incur a $5 fee. No-shows incur a $10 fee.
All purchases are non-refundable.
Yes, first-time students must complete a liability waiver before class. Fill it out from your account or with your instructor before class.
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens.
We offer yoga, hot yoga, Pilates, sculpt, aerial, sound baths, and restorative movement classes.
Certain classes are reserved exclusively for women as a dedicated space for comfort, privacy, and community.
Men are welcome in all general classes. Women’s-only classes are clearly labeled on the schedule.
For privacy and presence, filming is not permitted during women’s-only classes. In all other classes, filming and photography is allowed as long as other students who have not consented are not included in the frame.
We have a designated parking lot for Asna students. Additional residential street parking is also available nearby.
From our parking lot, enter the Rooted Room through the rightmost door. For the Sky Room, use the left green door and head upstairs.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class to allow time to settle in.
Doors may be closed promptly once class begins to preserve the experience for all students.

Yes, we host curated vendor markets on the last Sunday of each month. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Reach out to info@asna.studio.
