You are invited to step out of the everyday and into a shared sanctuary of presence. Join Tatiana for a special 90-minute Valentine’s Day practice designed to honor the bond you share through the art of intentional movement and mindful connection.
In a world that often moves too fast, this workshop offers a sacred pause—a dedicated time to truly see, support, and flow with your partner or loved one. This evening is about nourishing the "us" through the language of the body.
The Experience:
The journey begins with a heart-centered grounding meditation, aligning your breath and energy to create a unified rhythm. From this space of presence, Tatiana will guide you through a gentle, collaborative flow featuring:
Synchronized Movement: Flowing through sequences in tandem to build trust and physical harmony.
Partner-Assisted Postures: Using each other’s strength and stability to deepen stretches and find balance in new ways.
Conscious Communication: Exploring non-verbal connection through touch, gaze, and shared breath.
We will conclude the evening with a deeply restorative Savasana, allowing the vibrations of the practice to settle into the heart space, leaving you both feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and more deeply attuned to one another.

This is a space of inclusion and warmth. No prior yoga experience is necessary—only a willing heart and a desire to connect.
When: February 14th from 5:00PM - 6:30PM
Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows for movement and ease.
All props, mats, and water will be provided.
This event is $75 per couple (Only 1 registration needed per pair). All couple's will also receive an ASNA gift bag.
